I have been taking magnesium citrate for muscle spasms and constipation + overall nerve support. It works well for me. Before I had this, Kava Kava helped with nervousness, but it was expensive. I was thinking of trying it again since it is easier to get now and they have drops, etc with high amounts of Kavalactones.
