Pain in buttocks when I poop or release gas pain gos away

I have severe pain in my leg and in bottom of buttocks when I release gas or poop the pain gos away until next time I have to pass gas or poop anyone out there have this proublum

Sounds like a neuromuscular pain so the nerves and muscles are dysfunctional...I have pelvic floor dysfunction and that's kind of what it sounds like I've had it for a year and I'm doing a lot of modalities to keep it in check
