Last week I recently started having a tingling feeling in the tip of my penis. When I need to urinate it starts tingling but when I am actually urinating it doesn’t hurt at all. I’ve also been having pelvic pain and lower back issues. I’m thinking maybe a UTI but I don’t know. I’ve been tested for Gonorrhea and such and everything came back negative plus I haven’t had sex in a year. The only thing my doctor said was I had jock itch and prescribed me cream. Any ideas?

I’ve also been urinating very frequently with little fluid intake
You may have some pelvic floor dysfunction going on....nerve/muscle related ..better do a UTI test and eliminate that first though
Does it feel like you need to relieve the sensitivity by touching or pinching the foreskin between finger and thumb, could be PN. I have had this for about 1.5 years seen everyone, nobody can give me answers. Doctors know very little about PN, try not to worry about it and try to get fitter it’s nothing sinister and try to clear it from your head.
Before my pudendal neuralgia was diagnosed, it presented exactly like a urinary tract infection. It took a few months for them to diagnose me.
