I noticed a few weeks back my coccyx was sore when I sat down. I thought I would wait another week before booking a doctors appointment. I now have one booked for next week but thought I would talk here about it first incase someone has experienced anything similar.
So recently this week it has become so much worse... a sharp shooting pain at the bottom of my coccyx. I can’t physically touch the pain externally but when trying to do pelvic floor exercises it pushes against it and hurts. Any ideas? (Oh and I haven’t fallen or hurt myself in any way... it just appeared suddenly)

What kind of pelvic floor exercises have you been doing? Have they been recommended by a specialist physiotherapist? If not, maybe the GP can suggest someone or can even refer you to one near to where you live.
Oh only tensing internally. It’s something I have done for years and thought I would see if it hurt when I tried it ... which it did so assumed an injury must be internal?!
Thank you hopefully work out what the hell I have done 🙈
