Does anyone have at least a guesstimate I know everyone is different

How long does it take of doing the retraining exercises along with the pelvic floor therapy before the pain eases up and can do strengthening exercises

You know it didn’t work for me. But I don’t think it is the same for everyone. I’ve just been treatment resistant. But I think I did it a couple of months before strengthening because all the strength excerises caused a flare. Try to be patient. I know my physio had a lot of success. Am doing EMDR, a type of mental therapy that is helping a little. And a little is worth a lot.
