Try Theresa, she's good. I flew back from Sweden to see her (and visit family) and she was the first therapist I had met that knew a good deal about pelvic floor pain and how to treat it.
Good luck!

Dr. Todd Hess at United Pain Center is an excellent pain specialist. I have extreme pelvic pain and he is the only one that has helped me. 651-241-7246
