What on earth is that. the best advice I can offer as a non medical anything is to try very very hard not to worry
I'd read into whatever condition it was that you have then I'd simply wait to see what these 'specialist' say. Try not to worry. Not everything is cancer and if you are that worried about CANCER - you really need to QUICKLY change the way you eat. Find healthy alternatives and cut out sugar, it feeeeeds abnormal everything.
I’m sorry to hear you are suffering like this. I can understand why you are feeling so worried and I’m pleased you are going to be seen so quickly through your private insurance to see a urologist. I’m just wondering if you have let your IBD specialist and nurse if there is one know? If not I’d definitely let them know ASAP as they may need to liaise with the urologist as it may well be Crohns related so will need input from both teams. Are you a well Crohns patient or has your Crohns not really be managed particularly well with diet and medication? Please let us know how your appt with the urologist goes and what treatment you are having. Take care
Yes I spoke to my gastro team who I see every 6 weeks they want to be keep informed all the way am lucky my gastro team are so on the ball just did blood tests with them so nothing flagged up that I should be worried about my yet am still worried.
Appt is on 15th may so hopefully things will move quickly I've only had the urethra caruncle one week so I think I've moved fast on this one.
Update on my urologist appt well I went along had a chat about Crohns and meds, after examination the treatment options were just an tube of estogen cream applied twice a day.
The caruncle has gone and no more bleeding surgery thank god was the last option all is well.
