Hi, I’m suffering from Pudendal nerve pain..I had to ganglion Impar blocks And a CT guided pudendal block. No relief from the ganglion Impar blocks, and only two days relief from the pudendal block. My doctor wants to give a pudendal Block thru alocks canal , thru vagina... has anyone had one of these? What is it effective?

If you can, try a Cyauranic Acid injection. It takes a while to take effect (a week or two) but it just keeps getting better and better over time (2 months now), to where its just about gone.
Sorry, did you mean hylaronic acid injection? How long is your relief after this injection?
