Good question, I've been trying different locations / settings on the TENs machine just this last week. My physio advised to try over the lower back, targeting where the pudendal nerve travels through (L2 I think). Didn't seem to help. I also tried one pad high on my inner thigh, one on the pubis bone area. That did seem to mask the discomfort a little. Hopefully someone else will provide a better answer!

I've used a TENS a fair bit in the past. I found placing two on the very lower back either side of the spine, close to the spine, and the other two about half an inch higher on either side worked pretty well. I was advised this was the place by someone who had received the info from the team in France that treat the PN. Hope that helps.
