Pudendal Nerve Entrapment

I though my burning anus, and burning pain in scrotum and penis subsided till I sit on floor leaning my back against the wall and pain in scrotum and penis came back.

Is this sign of pudendal nerve entrapment?

Pudental irritation,pelvic floor dysfunction,pudental entrapment possibly any of these.... Better to get an assessment with a pelvic floor therapist who sees men... Of course you'll probably need some imaging like CT scan ,MRI or an MRN of the nerves

Hi , I think it could be ,but it may also be a lower spinal nerve entrapment.You May find if gabapentin/Lyrica solves the pain issue that it is definitely a nerve pathway irritated.

Yes I am on gabapentin and muscle relaxer low dose..really helps

Sorry, we are in the UK. All I can say is try to find a specialist Physio, my wife goes to a very good one here in the UK and we found her pretty late on but she has still helped over a long period. I think the early you can get treatment the better the outcome.

Our PT recommends Maria Elliott based in London but if you don't want to go into London Maria could recommend someone nearer, alternately you could get information via the pogp.csp.org.uk website.

I'm also on high dose of gabapentin 600mgx3 a day and pregabalin 100mg x3 a day but not really helping.

I have pne and take 1800mg gabepentin a day with little relief.

Am now trying compounded gabepentin that goes right into blood stream as a suppository, is very effective! Good Luck!

Is possible i have the diagnose and also can t sit pain in perineum and behind tailbone is to much. Wish you you luck to surch for enlighment . My oxycodon pills are doing the job for a big part but still not fucionating normal.
