SI joint hyper mobility & PN

One of my pelvic floor therapists told me that I have a hyper mobile SI joint. Can that affect PN. If so, how so? Also, what does one do to correct a hyper mobile SI joint? Am I just stuck with it, or are there exercises that can be done to fix it? She never really told me if there was a fix for it or not. I find it odd that she felt it more on the left side of my body, where I'm experiencing the most of my PN symptoms. Also, I feel pain it in my left buttock, higher up, closer to the sacrum. Not sure what that's about. I'm wondering if I have PNE and not just PN.
