I have had penile pain after a prostate infection (so called) took antibiotics etc.. but the pain would always come back.. especially after phyisical activities.. weird.. and then I started swimming and the pain vanished.. I was swimming harder and harder.. but the pain just vanished... My idea is that the water stream relaxes the spine and thr pelvic area and thus the nerves.. give it a try.. blessings
