This is a great video put together by Dr Ruth Jones on using an Easy magic internal wand for pelvic floor release. The video talks about both men and women using the wand and really demystifies it. I would check with a pelvic floor physical therapist before using a wand of any kind. I would be afraid to do more damage. I have used the therawand successfully for The Last 5 Years. My pelvic floor physical therapist showed me how to use it oh, and recommended a specific one.
