Fantastic video, very useful. Thank you for posting.
I would check with a pelvic floor physical therapist before using a wand of any kind. I would be afraid to do more damage. I have used the therawand successfully for The Last 5 Years. My pelvic floor physical therapist showed me how to use it oh, and recommended a specific one.
