Anyone has advice on how to get pregnant by having PCOS? Has anyone ever had lapascopy ovarian drilling and how does it work on for the body to get pregnant?

I had ovarian drilling done over 20 years ago. It may be different now. I did manage to have 2 children, it just took a while to conceive. Using clomid to stimulate ovulation was the only thing that gave me a regular cycle, but it was advised not to try to conceive whilst on it due to multiple birth risk, but it helped sort things out.

I know of 2 people that got pregnant with PCOS and they weren't trying to. I think that you should try cleaning up your diet, stay away from carbs, fatty foods, no fried foods and consume more fruits and veggies. If you need to lose weight then do so. Also, get your T4 and T3 checked on your thyroid to make sure your metabolism is okay. Good luck.
