Hi Chillijava, and everyone else!!
This is something worth reading , first type in your space bar ,The Telegraph
Then go to the left corner and click on " all sections" in the right hand corner
Then when the page options come up click on the 6th one down "travel"
Next scroll down the page to where it says "what leaving the EU could cost travellers , interesting read
I think in the short term it shouldn't affect us. The UK has up to 2 years to leave once article 50 (or is it clause 50) has been invoked and they seem to be in no hurry to invoke it. I can't see that trade deals would affect private treatment, though I don't know what will replace the EHIC card. In any event, we already need a passport to travel to the EU, so the only likely effect would be the exchange rate, which has dropped, of course. It's all terribly confusing at the moment, but best not get me started. C'est la vie!
