Buttocks pain

Hi

Last 8 yrs i m having anal vaginal pain with urgency of frquent urination.  Took all sorts of treatments yoga naturopathy but no ease. Can't socialise or go for long drive. Now recentky past one year buttocks pain hamstring tight legs feet pain. Bladder pain. Feel like dying. I m very bubbli lady enthusiast ic in all activity playing hiking trekking yoga singing dancing walking cooking but invain cannot do despite desires.

you have sound like me - I have been doing hamstring stretch but it really hurts - feel like I am ripping the tissue. I went out on my bike the other day and the saddle sore was unreal - its hard as there is a need to keep moving to get oxygen for tissues and keep the heart going.
