My name is Lacy. I'm 25 years old. I have been having intermittent moderate to severe pelvic pain/pressure over the last few months and its starting to worry me. I'm curious as to what it might be? I had Mirena implanted 2 years ago after I had my daughter, I have a maternal family history of endometriosis, and a personal history of HPV with cervical cell abnormalities. Any answers for me?

Is the pressure on your bladder? That's what I have. I am miserable. I wish I could help you.
Please see a Dr. If you've ongoing pain it needs investigating.
Get checked out with your OBGYN and/or a urologist ASAP. Hope for the best for you.
I also agree with recommending a gynaecologist opinion. In the mean time see if you have a urinary tract infection or a vaginal infection. See your GP to refer you to Gynae and ask for a urine test and screening for vaginal infection. Good Luck.
