PID

I had chlamydia over a year ago and got retested January gone with a negative result. its been 5 months since then and my period is two weeks late, bleeding after sex and i have hemorrhoids making me bleed when i use the toilet. im worried i might also have PID. I was just wondering if anybody else has had these symptoms? I have a doctors appointment for friday but im so worried.

Also i forgot to mention i have taken a pregnancy test twice and both are negative.
