Left abdomen hurting

My left side has been hurting for a week now. It hurts mostly when I stand or breath heavy. I don't know what it could be. Please help

Ask yourself, what did you do differently a few days before it started. This could give you a clue. Have you been coughing a lot? Had Physio? Lifting?

None of the above. I did have a reconstruction don't on my breast from breast cancer a couple months ago.

You maybe have pulled a muscle ,but I suggest you pay a visit to your GP. as only then will you get a proper diagnosis,do not go on suffering.
