I have had pelvic pain on left lower side for quite some time. I believed it to be IBS or something wrong with my reproductive parts. I had an ultrasound that showed my tubes were both slightly dilated and had fluid in them. I scheduled a laparascopy one week later and when it was done doctor told me my tubes were clear, no fluid, no scar tissue, nothing even HSG went through normally. I am concerned something was missed during this procedure if the ultrasound was so different from what she states she found while in there. Any thoughts or insight?

This does sound a bit strange. Did you have a period at the time of the ultrasound ?
No, I started my period a week after ultrasound was done, day after lap was done. MD said there was no fluid, no damage or endo.
