Summer Holidays.

Hi all hope your all keeping well im off on my summer holiday to Greece on Wednesday. Gonna have to sit under the umberella due to the itch,just hope it dont get too bad.:))

Have a great time donna... and please bring back some of that sunshine to the UK, particularly the North West (ha, ha!).

If I was you I'd utilise the sun as much as possible to pack up the Vitamin D stores for the winter mths ahead as even 'normal' folks can have a depleted supply in their system at that time of the yr and with PBC we can be low on Vit D most of the time. I was never a sun-lover but since last yr I have actually made more use of the sun and last yr at the end of summer I had adequate Vit D supplies so it does help.

I was at Spain earlier this year, I was even lying sunbathing at the pool, just needed to wear a hat when going shopping and things.
