I have overlap syndrome too. So i have both, but diagnosed at different times. I have noticed that my body reacts differently to the different generic brands of Imuran. If it doesn't get better, maybe try a different manufacturer? Also, i usually take mine during the evening so i don't have to deal with side effects during the day. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks yesterday was my first day taking them so was a bit shocked I think . Going to take it tonight and hope it’s a better time and I sleep through the side effects. Suppose it’ll take my body a while to get adjusted. Thanks
