Hi, my rheumatologist diagnosed autoimmune inflammatory arthritis. I got one dose injection of methotrexate.

I had nausea headaches light headed from 3 hours after the injection for 4 days. Still have nausea and general malaise 8 days after it. Rheumatologist says its very unusual to have symptoms of methotrexate for this long after.

Have any of you had this experience.

Thank you.

Hi. I had this injection once but because of cancer. The consultant said they have been told not to do the injections I also had problems with it and was rather ill. I am going into hospital to have the methotrexate administered through a pip line.

Check with your doctor re the guidance to stop the injections
