I’m going to my liver specialist tomorrow . First time in many years i’m somewhat concerned, my bili is up to 2.2 , Albumin low , potassium was low but got that back in range , ammonia slightly elevated but slowly coming down, a few more levels are not in range , but I feel ok

When I started Urso about a year ago my billirubin went down and then up and then down again....still not in normal range. So that can fluctuate and I think it could be your body getting used to the new medication. Also my ammonia was a little high now, last check, it's normal. My GI always checks for it my hep never does unless you are having issues. So, there's that. I just think they can go up or down for whatever reason...could be diet, stress or almost anything else. Just gon on believing you'll be okay.

Thanks i have lots of symptoms of lupus but because the lupus markers in a blood test are negative he wont diagnose me with it, i will get a second opinion later as i have a high ana titer and every symptom of lupus on the lupus symptoms list....

Mich , symptoms of lupus are deceiving, my sister and sisterinlaw have lupus , the ana and ama can fluctuate with pbc therefore you cant be positive of blood tests

That’s why I want the second opinion , from what I read on lupus u can b blood test negatively on lupus markers and still have the disease that they use symptoms more now with positive high ANA and I have every symptom listed except lupus blood test ....
