Hope everybody is ok. Im week 4 on eatting healthy and feeling so much better.

That’s great news. What are you eating? I’m always curious to see what works. Perhaps I could improve my diet even more.

Instead of snacking i have fruit and yoghurt and eat alot of chicken. I also find turkey and turkey mince makes me less bloated x

Jainine I’m suspected of aih/pbc but so far urso is working and for 3 months now my alt is went up from 33 to 42 and hovering round and dr said urso is ok for me till next visit
