Don' t take the missed portions. I had the same situation and called my doctor. He advised me to take the next portions at the usual time. IT could be more dangerous to take more tablets. Bútor I think you can call your doctor if you want to be sure about what to do.
I'm up all night to I'm on the same combination predisone and urso ugh
I take Thryoid, BP, Prilosec and Azathioprene meds starting at 6 am, 7 am, 3 pm and 11 pm. My memory does not serve me well, so I purchased the plastic pill holders that show Sunday through Saturday and it goes from morning, noon, evening and bedtime. I also set the alarm on my cell phone for each of the times for meds throughout the day and rarely ever miss a dose of anything. If I'm going to leave home, I take that pill and cell phone with me. I hope this helps. Best Wishes.
This is probably too late to help you but I would not try to catch up on the missed medicine. Skipping one day is not optimal but better than double dosing. I do as above with a pill box with days on it otherwise i would never remember. Most important - do not beat yourself up about this! You have so much on your plate and are doing a great job.
Have you downloaded the PBC Foundation app yet? It has a medications reminder that you can set for all of your various meds (amongst other benefits too).
I just got a new laptop today. I will do that. Thank you. I do have a pill box that I use. I missed my evening dose of urso and AZA and the next day in the morning I forgot my prednisone and Urso. I did end up taking the morning dose of prednisone and Urso that was missed. I didn’t take the Urso and AZA.
