It has been awhile since I have allowed myself to consider my illness. I just try to keep pushing on threw. Urso made me so sick... like sicker than I ever felt... taking if combined with the effects kept me fully aware that I was sick every second of everyday... and there is nothing like the fear of dying to stop you from living. My comfort levels are near non existent on a good day... fibro adds to the enjoyment. It's not just urso I got rid of... it was any Valium.. steroid... all of it. Only thing I take is vitamin d tablets... have developed cholesterol deposits above eyelids in last few mths. Was tough year... lost Nana.. dog... got robbed... list goes on... and being life contains only me... i just have to keep putting my head down and pushing threw. Somehow being aware of illness makes it harder. I have been off about 2years... i would say I am aware of panicked attacks now... but like said.. wasn't a bed of roses to start so can't conclusively link the two. Exhaustion has more than doubled... but thats life isn't it?

Thanks for everyone one whom responded I don't know where to go with any of this... and everyone and everything in my world takes priority over me and my petty medical issues.

Kinda scared I have forced all of this into overdrive with my anti - urso campaign... i just wanted to feel a little better.

Hey!. You are not alone with the way you feel. When I had a list of problems I took a look at them and delt with them one at a time, I started with the most serious one first then as I delt with them my zest for life got better. It does not matter where you are from it's ok to post on here to lighten your load...

Good advice from Brummi, you need to look at things one at a time and your health issues are not petty. I would suggest getting some help with the anxiety it will drain away your energy and depress your mood quicker than anything else. It doesn't have to be Valium there are newer medicines available or maybe someone to talk to professionally will help get things moving forward for you.

I am worried about you! The cholesterol deposits over the eyes can show progression of the disease. Have you tried the new alternative drug to Uso? Anything to get the toxins out? PBC robs us of our bile, which is so necessary to remove the toxins from the body. Those toxins could be causing your pain and fatigue. They can also cause depression....pray and hope you are seeing a hepatologist soon. These are not "petty medical issues". You are important!
