Change of tablets

Hello I was diagnosed with PBC two years ago and have been taking Urso since then and been ok. I also take Warfarin as I have a heart condition. My GP has suggested I could come off Warfarin and change to a NOACs which is a new type of blood thinner. I wondered if anyone else here takes one of the NOACs and if it caused any problems. Thanks for your time.
