stomach polyps

Hi all

I’ve addressed a thyroid issue - Hashimotos, with the help from the thyroid site. I’m still experiencing fatigue. I am in meno/post menopausal stage. Symptoms do over lap, but have suspected B12 issue for some time. Tend to get low active B12 results.

Lots of B12 symptoms. Dr not interested, got an MMA done private

Result =87.9ug/L Lab = <32ug/L very high

I was experiencing painful stomach - sent for gastroscopy - found numerous polyps, biopsy not rec’d yet. Doc app later today

I don’t use PPI’s. No H pylori found

I’m not vegetarian

Genes show MTRR issue (B12) and non secretor (linked with B12 issues)

Should I push for autoimmune gastritis tests?

Not sure what to ask for, hopefully biopsy polyps benign.

Relative died from stomach cancer.

Any help/guidance much appreciated.

Many thanks and have a good day all
