Hi, has anyone had an email advising they're being refunded what they've paid for B12 from Versandapo? I ordered some last week and have had a PayPal notification today telling me I've had a refund. Unfortunately the email from Versandapo is in German so I've no idea why I've had a refund.

They might be out of stock. I tried to order some yesterday but it kept sending me back around to the main item. Maybe copy and paste the email into the Google translate search to see what it says.

I also tried to order yesterday and was told they were out of stock. Wedgwood says this often happens and give email address when asked and they will contact you when back. I did this but also went onto Amazonde. And ordered a different brand Hervert that is hydrox etc but come in 2ml quantities with added saline just so I don’t start to panic. It is more expensive though but incredibly easy to order as site available in English. €18 for 10 ampoules but only €2.99 for postage and

That's good to know. Does the saline change anything or impact the amount of B12 being absorbed? Thanks

Not according to others more experienced than myself who have used it. I just ordered one pack of ten to try it as a sort of security blanket really. Since then I discovered that apotheke-marienbrunn.de also have supplies of Panpharma and I ordered from them. I will keep the others as a standby. Hope this helps
