Versandapo Cancelled Order :(

Hi everyone,

I managed to order some more of the Rotoxmedica Hydroxy B12 depot last week, but after a couple of emails from Varsandapo saying it had been delayed, I've now had an email with an order cancellation and a refund.

Hopefully at least some of you have managed to order successfully...

I do have a supply for the next few weeks, so might have to look at another brand.

I normally get a delayed message after ordering then after a few days they confirm order has been dispatched. As yet 🤞not had an order cancelled. How annoying !

Oh dear, how frustrating!

2 other pharmacies that ship to Germany seem to have them in stock right now, so the websites say at least 🤔

Apohealth 10.22 € /box apohealth.de/en/products/pa...

Juvalis a more reasonable 8.19 € /box juvalis.de/vitamin-b12-depo... (My records say they will only accept Bank transfer payments)

And you'd have to check the shipping prices, I don't have them on hand.

Thank you so much for this jade_s ! I've now ordered some from Aophealth. I ordered 5 boxes and postage was free. So that's a good result for a tight Yorkshire lass! 😄

I have an order at the moment. I have had a couple of emails saying delayed. I is very worrying.

Hi Tracy. It looks like Apohealth do have some in stock and have emailed me today to say the order has been despatched. Maybe they're worth a try? It's hard to know how much of this is due to them not having stock, or whether they're just reluctant to ship to the UK. As you say, the lack of certainty is very worrying.
