I know that they are out of stock of Panpharma B12 depot at the moment, and that it keeps happening.
Perhaps after you had sent your order , it went out of stock so they had to refund you . Honestly it goes out of stock every few days , and you have just been unlucky . I phoned them about it and they said that their supplier never gives them enough !
If you try to order Panpharma, and it is out of stock , there is a box where you can put your email address, and they will email you when they have stock .
I think that you might have to register to order . I’m afraid that it seems the shipping costs €19.00 - I think that’s because it’s only a small pharmacy and doesn’t get such a good deal from the couriers .
The same thing happened to me. I placed two orders on different days as soon I got the email notification that the Panpharma b12 came into stock and both times my order was cancelled. I don’t know whether or not I may have this issue if I go for the less popular, but more expensive Pascoe & Hevert brands? Hopefully they’re still shipping to the UK?
Very frustrating though and concerning as I plan to SI for life if possible. 😢
Thank you for your reply. It is rather frustrating! I will keep trying and hopefully, eventually they will have enough in stock. Good luck with ordering yours.
I have the same experience despite ordering the moment I get an email saying they are back in stock. Yesterday they appeared to be back in stock again so I ordered again even though they had just cancelled an order a few hours earlier. There is something odd going on here.
I'm in the US , so finding a place from Germany to ship here has been a challenge. I placed an order with versandapo.de, is allowed me to choose the United States as a shipping place and charge me $33.17 to ship it to me, then a week later maybe even longer I got a notice saying that my order has been canceled and that they can't ship to the United States. Also mycare.de cannot ship to the United States as well although they let me place an order only to have it be canceled. Now I have a new order at a place called Badapothe or something like that, it's been about a week since I placed the order I haven't had a cancellation yet but I also haven't had a shipping email tell me that it's been shipped. So almost 3 weeks after trying to order hydroxycopalamine I still don't even have a confirmation that any is being shipped to me from any of these three pharmacies. Two of the pharmacies canceled and the last one I haven't heard anything from them. Ordering from Canada is so much easier but it's cyanocobalamin
I’m sorry to hear you have been having difficulty too. I am in the UK but maybe someone else on here is from the US and can advise you? Good luck and I hope your order is successful.
They just said one sentence, we can't ship B12 to the US. That was it. Ya I was really hopeful for mycare but no go to the US. I think apotal.de is going to work for me. But I am still waiting for shipment notification. it took the other two sites about 5 days to tell me they can't ship.
Thank you Kadwell. I did order hydroxy from Apotal.de and so far so good. It hasn't been shipped yet but I am hopeful. Good luck to you all as well. Sorry you are all having this issue. I did find Canada easy to order from. But it is only cyano.
It is frustrating to have so much trouble here ion the USA. Cyano should work just fine for a great majority of people, you may just need to inject more frequently. Hydroxo is readily available with an Rx. I have not had any issue with any of my physicians giving me an Rx for it. I keep cyano from Canada on hand as a backup. I use 60 ml per month and would hate to have to depend on the supply issues many are facing in Europe.
Thank you Scnuke, that is great you have an RX for hydroxy from the US! it is very frustrating. I have not had a doctor yet that I felt I can ask for that. Do you inject hydroxy daily with a prescription? I inject cyano from Canada daily, sometimes twice, sometimes I can skip a day. I don't know why. but I thought hydroxy would help me better and would be somewhere in between methyl and cyano in its strength and how long it lasts. It is great to know you found someone that gave you a prescription! Are you in Iowa? LOLOL I need a new doctor!
Currently, I inject my hydroxo twice per day. The two 30ml vials I get every month with my Rx will cover that. If I am having a bad spell or very sick, I will do a third injection using cyano single dose vials.
Considering I will continue injecting hydroxo twice/day until I can definitively say I am not seeing any further improvement, it may be some time before I ever inject less frequently. I have tried all sorts of protocols and formulations over the last seven years and this one seems to work best for me. Injecting less frequently is not a priority, feeling as well as possible is.
I completely agree with you. You inject hydroxide twice a day. I'm doing cyano twice a day that's why I wanted to get some hydroxo to see if it helped me more or lasted longer or gave me less symptoms. 7 years and this is what you've decided is best for you, that is great. I'm definitely going to continue injecting my B12 everyday or whenever I feel like I need it for my symptoms no matter what any doctor says to me. Thank you very much for clarifying this for me. I wish you well and continued symptom relief. Thank you very much have a wonderful day. You really help me a lot right here
I do seem to have seen more improvement and fewer bad spells since switching to hydroxo a little over a year ago. I am lucky to have found doctors that will readily agree to write the Rx for hydro or cyano, or methyl if I request it. It may be helpful that I have 45 years of medical experience and they know I probably know more about PA than they do and any B12 is not going to cause any harm. It certainly wouldn't hurt to ask one of your doctors for a script. They may surprise you.
Thanks scnuke, I don't actually have a GP right now and I am in between hematologists. I will have seen 3 in the past two months. So I don't have anyone to ask right now. If I find one that I feel can do that, I will ask. I would definitely bet that they have the upmost respect for you as colleagues, and know you well enough that you know what you're talking about. It is people in your position in the health field, that can have the most impact on spreading the word. I am so glad that your circle of people are more educated simply by knowing you. One day things will change for us all, where getting B12 for life won't be so secretive and difficult.
