Versandapo lost delivery

I ordered a pack of 10 ampules of B12 in September and on 10th October contacted Versandapo to see if they had been dispatched. They told me they would be delivered to a local Post Office and that I would receive a note telling me where and that I needed this note plus ID to collect. Fair enough but a bit odd as my full address was given. I’ve not received anything and wondering if it ever does turn up if it will be useable given that it’s been in the system for over a month? I’ve just contacted Versandapo again as I’m guessing the info has gone to the wrong address ☹️ Has anyone else had this happen as I usually don’t have any problems?

I have waited almost a month for delivery but I am in the US.

Does sound odd going yo s post office .I woukd request s new lot to be sent directly to you as usual.

Yes good idea Nackapan as no ideas what temps they’ve been at, that’s if they ever turn up 😵‍💫

It might go to a local PO if you missed a delivery. 😟

Apparently it did but I did not receive any notification which versandapo said I would need to take to PO with ID. Versandapo have now contacted me to say it’s on its way back to them andi will be refunded. Good job I ordered well in advance. Fault is with our postal system it seems 😡

If the delivery was attempted by Royal Mail then a card should have been posted through your door. I presume it was RM who was delivering?

Chance it at your local delivery office, take ID. At our previous address we used to get this happen regularly, postie forgot to put cards through the door. Parcels were always there waiting for us. Postie at new address is a neighbour and never happens 🙏🌱

That was my next port of call if I’d not been informed via Versandapo it was on its way back to Germany. Our postal system seems to be deteriorating like everything else ☹️

I’m waiting for Versandapo to issue a refund. They’ve been really good about it so far. The fault is with our postal system, who so far have not responded to my complaint 😡
