can’t order from Versandapo

@wedgwood and @achesandpains75. Re your previous posts from Nov ‘21 I’ve just tried to buy vials from versandapo I found the product easily and paid in the ‘cart’ then my troubles began! A paypal message asked for a voucher code, which I didn’t have. I then went on ‘chat’ using Google translate - very laborious - the upshot is they won’t send parmaceutical products to UK.

Officially , German online pharmacies are not supposed to send any pharmaceutical items to a country where that item is prescription only(which is actually the correct attitude) so if you email them or chat to them , that is what they will state .In practise , It’s unfortunate for us that B12 ampoules are prescription only in U.K. , but they are OTC items in Germany . they will send B12 ampoules to U.K. , as they know them to be harmless -they cannot be overdosed .( unlike many prescription only drugs)

I don’t know what went wrong for you , but I never have any trouble with versandapo.de ordering . ( I buy for myself and 2 others .) I am registered with them , and I suggest that you do too . This also has the benefits of points . You get 200 when you register , and 1 point for every Euro that you spend . 250 points = €2.50 which you can use against subsequent purchases ,Best wishes .

When ordering from versandapo.de , I advise registering - Click on the little figure representing a human and fill out the form with your address . It’s important to change the country FIRST , before you put in your post code ( Postleitzahl) because Germany is already entered , and a U.K. postal code will not be accepted . I don’t know if the drop-down list of countries is translated in the translation apps , but I see that U.K.is called VEREINIGTES KÖNIGREICH . so that is what you put in first, then your postal code will be accepted by the computer !

Once registered , you will receive 200 points and one point for every Euro that you spend. 250 points = €2.50 which you can redeem against purchases .

There’s no option for Ireland, it’s not on the list, I mailed them weeks ago, they said this was a mistake that needed to be fixed, still haven’t fixed it, I ordered from Bodfeld, ordered cyanocobalamin by mistake, I use Hydroxo, any thoughts on this?

Cynocobalamin works well . I did exactly what you did once. I used it and it worked very well . Allegedly , it doesn’t stay in the system as long as Hydroxocobalamin. It’s the most widely used injectable cobalamin in the USA . It is not to be used by a patient if they have an eye disease called Lebers , You may need to inject a little more often than you did using Hydroxocobalamin. Best wishes .

I managed an order yesterday by following Wedgwood’s instructions exactly and inserting 16199653 Into search icon on site which took me directly to the ampoules. I bought 5x10 packs and paid through PAyPal. Surprised how easy it was- All thanks to the wonderful administrators and those actively participate on this site 🙂

Hi, I recognised the name, don’t recall the chat, which is unusual for me, but these days anything is possible. These afflictions as you so rightly call them are becoming the central feature of existence. Tomorrow I am invited to go for the 4th booster. So far either the other three have worked well or I have kept clear of the virus. I hope you are the same, fellow sufferer or perhaps birds of a feather is better.

Same here! I tried to order some medicine and decided to pay with my new DailyPay card, but something went wrong. The online store refused card payment and I couldn't get my pills. I wrote to the dailypay customer service at dailypay.pissedconsumer.com..., waiting for a reply. Did anyone else have this problem?

Sorry @CamMitch to hear you had trouble paying for your medication. I’ve never heard of daily pay. I hope you manage to gets things sorted out satisfactorily. Keep well
