I don’t understand the premise of this. I purchased a 40ml vial of powdered Methylcobalamin. It tells me to add 10ml saline. Is this correct?
If there’s only 10ml of fluid- surely this is only 10 days supply for daily injecting?
I assumed that in a 20ml vial I’d reconstitute to 20ml and 40ml I’d be adding 40ml of saline?
I just don’t get it. Please help. 🙏🏻
Thank you in advance.

Hello, I use 40 mg Bio Oxford Methycolbamin. Its difficult at first I know, but l think this will make sense to you.
Whether you purchase 20 or 40 mg powdered Methyl' always reconstitute with one 10 ml medical saline pod.
So both bottles have a 10 ml content,
However the 20 mg bottle is half the strength of the 40mg bottle solution.
(This Methylcobalamin is stronger than eg hydroxocobalamin where 1ml = 1mg).
*For 40 mg bottle measure .25 ml which = 1mg, At this rate a 40mg bottle lasts 40 uses.
With a 20 ml bottle the measure would need to be .50 ml to = 1mg. A 20 use rate.
Hope this helps. But post again if you need more clarification.

Well done! I do not use that product anymore but missed the difference in concentration when I did use it.

I suggest you look at the site
perniciousanemia.org
This site offers the very same powdered methylcobalamin powder from Oxford Biosciences at 3 times the price ! It even admits where it comes from !
But you can find exact instructions on how to use it . That might be useful for you . Best wishes .
Click on Order B12 , then “how does it work” and just scroll till you find it
