Hi all. At the request of Mixteca I've added audio to this week's instalment 05 - Cancer, a verdict, a sentence without a trial at

As we know PA can also have a negative impact on vision. I will be going back and adding audio to all previous installments. I plan on keeping subscriptions free so if you like to subscribe you can select the free option, last box on the right.I also have podcasts planned...interviews with my doctor's, therapists, experts etc.

Mixteca, absolutely! I'm not sure what that or those are but please advise and I'll try and incorporate. This is all new to me so I'm learning. 🫣
