Just a reminder for those who haven't seen this yet: A Life Jolted - Weekly blog posts chronically one person's journey with Pernicious Anemia, at rexwiig.substack.com/ . "How I saved my own life...a moving memoir of illness, survival, and a life reconstructed. Empower yourself...take charge of your own health!"

So far into the the third installment, we get even more glimpses into the author's family history, with pictures and all. It is an incredibly fascinating story to read, and I thank the author for sharing his story with us! I believe much of it will resonate with people here.

If you subscribe, there is a free option and he plans to keep it free so those who may not be able to afford it. thanks Rexz !

Thanks jade_s and Rexz.

At the mo, I’m flipping exhausted and completely read out.

I have washed by dishes 🥳 and currently, am just in T-shirt and pants but my comments on NICE guidelines have been sent. 😥

I didn’t leave my home yesterday nor shower aiming for that deadline..

So, today, I’m going for a lovely walk to the water and see my little feathered friends.

Narwhal, i definitely know exhausted as I'm sure most on here do. And what better way to decompress and recharge than to walk and enjoy nature a bit.

Well wishes, Rexz

I'd like to read about his journey but reading is challenging now. If he could figure out a way of creating a podcast that would be wonderful!

There is a chrome extension to read aloud websites, perhaps that might work? I have not tried it chrome.google.com/webstore/...

Would that work on a mobile? Mind you, it would probably sound robotic. The author or an actor would be best ☺️

Not sure but it looks like some phones have it built in. What phone do you have, if i can ask?

Depending on the OS version, and if version 12 or higher, it looks like you might be able to use this procedure: support.apple.com/guide/iph... -- select the ios version at the top. Hope that works!

Mixteca, marvelous idea! I will create a podcast version of each installment. Not sure how it will come out as I've not done a podcast before. But heck I've not written before either! So who knows it may be acceptable.

Thank you! We've all done many things we never have imagined on this turbulent B12 journey. And it couldn't be worse than a robot! 🌟
