My question is, I live in Australia (I'm in Brisbane atm though) and previously I purchased methylcobalamin powder to mix with saline (purchased from Regev Elya @ perniciousanemia.org in England).
My partner Sam started to inject me with it and I had about 5 doses & started to feel a bit better! But then he died suddenly and so everything stopped. I then had to move house and so that powder is over in Perth - a long way from where I am now, unfortunately. My sister also threw out the diabetes needles that I had purchased too. So now I have no B12 and no needles either - and I'm feeling really unwell and can barely walk 😞
A while ago - I'm pretty sure that somebody on here told me that I could purchase methylcobalamin in Australia (or somewhere else) for much cheaper than where I got it from previously on the perniciousanemia.org site.
Can anybody help me with this please? And/or is it possible to buy B12 already loaded into the needles/syringes too - that I can buy here or get posted to Australia? I'm so shaky and so it's so hard to administer this myself.
Gosh I really miss Sam's help. He was so amazing at this - and so many other things too!

It is not possible to buy Methylcobalamin ready loaded in syringes . You can get Methylcobalamin ampoules from Arnika manufacturing chemist in Munich Germany . You have to Email them or phone . They are single use ampoules 1mg x 1ml .

I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I have the mthfr gene mutations. I read that methylcobalamin was the best/most effective form to use...?
I think you can get ampoules 'OTC' here, but not in methylcobalamin form (of course, it couldn't be that easy, could it?) 😜
I haven't as yet, no. I read that Regev guy's site initially and ordered from him/them - because I thought he sounded like 'The Oracle', lol.
I do really like what the Medical Medium says too - because I do agree with him that nature provides us with the best source and forms of things that we need - but I know that that subject is probably not one to get into here 😉 I do know that he's helped to get a lot of people well though! But I've had Crohn's Disease for over 20 years now, and I'm not sure if the 2 types that he recommends (he says that we need a combination of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) and he also says that "B12 has to be taken orally to be effective. When we take oral B12, it gets absorbed into the digestive system, where it’s “tagged” and made active and bioavailable, so that when it enters the bloodstream, it’s in a form that our nerves and organs accept". So by that he means to make sure that you hold the forms of B12 liquid that he recommends in your mouth for 30 seconds to allow it to be absorbed that way.
I don't know if we're allowed to talk about these kinds of things here or not, and I know that people 'poo-poo' that kinda ^ stuff all the time, but I had 2 colorectal surgeries done last year - because myself and everybody else with IBD always gets told that surgery is the only way to treat fistulas & perianal (sorry, TMI) abscesses etc, but they both bloody failed for me those surgeries - so I was still suffering over a year later - and they actually made things worse! So I researched it all thoroughly (as I do), and I decided to try this homoeopath's tablets/remedies out instead - and lo and behold, within ONE month (I kid you not), the abscess and fistula went away and totally healed! I couldn't believe it - and how fast they worked.
So let's just say, I don't rule anything out anymore. I'm always constantly trying and learning (new things) and being constantly & delightfully surprised.
I might try all of the above out actually, and see how I go, lol 😉
I really have to try to get better so I can live for me and Sam now 🙏 He was from England originally, and he was so funny, talented & supportive. He was my carer & my rock. I was really hoping that we would get a chance to go over there together - and that he would get the chance to visit his home again - but unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be 😞

I don't know about Australia, but in the US some doctors will order prefilled syringes (cyanocobalamin) from a compounding pharmacy. If you can find a doctor who will do this, It's incredibly expensive.
Yes, when I first started self-injecting I got pre-filled syringes of methyl and/or hydroxy. It cost me ten times more than the hydroxy ampoules I am getting from Germany. I got the pre-filled syringes from a compounding pharmacy here in the Midwest.
