For those who are not so familiar with the German language, I have compiled a list of all types of injectable vitamin B12 available in German online pharmacies (at least the ones I could find).
Unfortunately, there are only three manufacturers that offer hydroxocobalamin, but there are many that offer cyanocobalamin if that is an option (better than nothing, in case of a supply shortage, eh?).
Please let me know if you run into any errors or have anything to add.
Besides Bodfeld, etc., there are numerous pharmacies you can try.
One of the places I often order from is apolux.de. This is a German online pharmacy owned by a Dutch company, which in turn gave me the idea that you could also order from Dutch online pharmacies. Might be worth a try.
And here's another tip for anyone looking for a good deal:
Go to medizinfuchs.de and enter the PZN in the search box. This will bring up a page with the prices of many online pharmacies that sell the product you want. Whether they then also deliver to the UK, you have to check in each individual case.

Thank you Lunario . Checked for Panpharma B12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) on medizinfuchs.de and the cheapest packet was €6.00 at meine-onlineapo.de ,!!!! but they only deliver to Germany 😢! That’s a fantastic price for you in Germany !
apolux.de also do not deliver to U.K. , but do deliver to Ireland . The quickest way to find out if a pharmacy delivers to U.K. . is to try to register with the pharmacy , but go straight to the address page and click on the drop-down country list and look for U.K. , sometimes listed as United Kingdom or Vereinigtes Königreich .
But thank you very much for your tips . It is not easy to find German online Pharmacies who deliver to U.K. Brexit has not helped matters because of the extra paperwork that is now involved .Best wishes .
Edited: I am sorry t hear, that they do not deliver to the UK. They are really fast, I ordered at 8 am and got a confirmation that the delivery is out at 10:15 am.

As an often silent reader I know, you already figured a lot of those things out by yourself and your hints regarding this subject are definitely helpful for everyone who has to order from the UK.
And, oh yes, Brexit surely didn’t make things easier. I’ve been following (and still do) the whole drama from afar. I sometimes get quite anxious when I think of the delivery difficulties to you people in the UK. As if you were not already punished enough by having to deal with ignorant doctors (not much different here) and a broken health system (we are on the wrong road here as well).
(They had an excellent price on a non-B12 product - ABC Wärme-Creme Capsicum 0,75mg/g 50 g) - the sole UK equivalent is not going to be available until April 2023.)
I always keep it stocked. Running out of B12 would be really a nightmare.
Oh dear, the whole thing seems to be running downhill much more than I thought. This is just the tip of the iceberg, isn't it?
Good thing you can order from other European countries, I hope you won't have any problems with customs. I once ordered a massage balm from Thailand and had to drive to the customs office and pay a fee before they handed it over.
Ah, and I am glad they did. Because for everything that comes out of the EU, they check a list of certain substances, but none of the ingredients were on that list.
Yes , agreed . I’ve just spent some time looking for Dutch online pharmacies ( difficult as I can’t deal with that language !) They only seem to have Cynocobalamin.
I just posted about automatic translation in Apple's Safari over on Thyroid UK. But they don't (yet) have Dutch. (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and some major non-Latin ones.)
I wondered if DGHO published any guidelines on B12 deficiency.
I came across an article "The Revised D-A-CH-Reference Values for the Intake of Vitamin B12: Prevention of Deficiency and Beyond" which is more about nutritional aspects of B12 but interesting to read.
There is no need to apologize. I always like to learn something new or have a reminder of something interesting.
As far as I know, there is no discipline that is explicitly responsible for B12D here in Germany. It is often diagnosed by gastroenterologists or neurologists, and occasionally by a whip-smart family doctor. I would also be interested to know if there is a guideline here and who issues it. I'll try to get some information...
Tracey Witty who runs B12 Deficiency Info website has been campaigning to get injectable B12 available for 8 years. It's a long, complicated and frustrating fight.
Oh, I have already signed this petition (but I recall one where I was not eligible due to my German postcode) and asked friends in the UK to do the same (and they have).
I think it's good to post this occasionally because there are always new members here who should know about it.
This is a strange one as it’s a .co.uk address but its stock is German. I’ve successfully ordered from here in the past, although the product I bought before seems not longer available. They do have other brands though. 😊
