Translation is often a very useful when we are using sites in languages other than our native ones!
For anyone using Apple macOS, Safari translation seems to be working quite well these days. (Currently still on Monterey.)
Can't remember what options you might need to set, but once using Safari, you can click on the icon on the top bar and choose your translation. Check in System Preferences!

I often find it useful to use Wikipedia to translate medical terms etc.t
Wikipedia often does articles in different languages on one topic. When you go to the relevant topic, you can change the language and the article will come up in that language.
This is sometimes a long workaround, but useful in cases in which an internet translation of say 'heart attack' comes up as the equivalent of 'heart war'.
