I have an NHS doctor who scowls at me if I suggest any more than my miserly once every three months b12 injection.
I would self administer but I'm a tad iffy about buying online from unknown sources.
Please help me

Absolutely no need to worry about the online German pharmacies that most of us use .I know because I lived there for many years that they are tightly controlled in true German fashion . I personally use " versandapo. de in English" yes type " in English" in and the site will appear in English . Magic ! Then type in the search box Vitamin b12 depot , and you will get the choice they have . I personally opt for the rotexmedica ampoules 1mg/1ml . I buy 100 because it's cheaper and they have a very long expiry date . You can also buy 10 But the postage ( courier ) is the same as for 100 At the moment 100 cost 55.90 Euros
10 cost 8.99
They also sell vit. B12 1mg/2ml Hevert for 11.89 Euris for 10 ampoules
The choice is yours All the ampoules are manufactured in Germany by small reliable chemists ( the big boys aren't interested - no big bucks to be made out of unpatentable vitamins!)
Hope that you are reassured . I am so grateful that I can get them from a reliable source .
Needles , syringes are obtainable from Amazon and other medical suppliers in UK . If you need any more info , come back here . Best wishes
Have a "stab" at it dandino100 it can do you no harm.
Have you checked your Folate level as this is essential to process the B12?
I know I have a nurse to inject me but after over 600 injections during the past 45 years I'm still "clivealive" at 75 and I wouldn't hesitate to do it myself if needs be.
I wish you well
Another option is that it is available over the counter in Spain Germany and France so if you or anyone you know is going you can bring some b12 back
