B12 I injections can give acne like sore spots. They are sore but are not white heads (look like them) hard lumps that cant be squeezed.I had them initially around my hairline. On my face and neck and a few on my back.

I only get the odd one now rarely.

Its a known side effect as dead cells suddenly get nutrients waking up bacteria. So your spots may be this.

All you can can fo is keep your skin well cleansed with perhaps a face wash to remove oil.

Dab actual spot with an alcohol base lotion / cleanser .

I used essential oils lavender is safe for most people. Look up recipes. You have to be very careful as they are potent and need dilution.

Some people do react .

I used a recipe used for cold sores.

Hopefully they will go in a few weeks .

My skin is naturally quite dry so anyone can get them.

I've never been bothered with spots before .

I had this problem with acne start before the b12 injections. Maybe it’s coincidence. I’ve never had acne in my life. I will need to take a month of very strong antibiotics to get rid of it as I have tried everything else.

Yess sir even my skin was oily but now it's so oily that it feels greasy

My son has this and the only thing which has worked is hot water on a face cloth to melt the waxy substance and then small circular motions to uproot them. When he does this every day they go away but he mostly doesn't and they get bigger and bigger until I can't stand to look at him and have to give him a facial lol! White heads are sebum and glow in the dark if you have a UV light its a lot of fun to see them glow red! I think sunlight is supposed to help too. I've not found any potions and lotions that work as well as the hot flannel and manually working them out. A cold flannel after to close the enormous holes they leave behind when they come out and maybe an antibacterial moisturizer when the holes are open so a spot infection doesn't set in.

I've tried my level best to get rid of them but I think it's because of deficiency or bcz of any supplement that I'm currently using anyway thank you for your response ❤️🙏🏼

Do you take zinc my boys skin is better since taking that I know men need more not sure what your gender is. So many factors involved its hard to work it all out isn't it. Hope you find a way to help it! My mom says for oily skin to eat more omega three oils but I've not got that far with organising everything for myself first and then worry about my kids spots lol!
