Oily Skin - B12 Deficiency symptom...

Hi,

Has anyone had suddenly oilier skin as a symptom of low b12/folate? I’ve done a bit of research of b12 deficiency symptoms and can’t find this one?

My skin hsving changed from before unwell naturally quite dry and spot free even through puberty (many years ago)

It is now very oily in parts and extremely dry in others. Also get those raised hard sore lump front lnjections. Far less now and on my neck mainly.

Least if my problems to be honest but more attention needed to skon care. Yes not pretty with an ashen complexion . Hey ho .

Sometimes pleased a sign to others for this mostly invisible dibilitating condition.

How are you unwell with b12 deficiency Nackapan? I just have oily skin & hairloss???

Head pain, tinitis ,fatigue, weakness. Light sensitivity causing horrid symptoms. Stagger walk disorientated ect. Alot has improved. At the start bedridden and virtigo. And migrains. Nausea. Actually too many to even think about. I also had hair loss at the beginning . I put that dowe to ferritin leveks dropping.

I also have oilier skin and raised painful bumps on my nose. I thought these were symptoms caused by pernicious anemia. The oil is much worse in the warmer weather.

Have you been treated for the PA now tvellepern? Is oily skin still a problem?

I receive B12 injections every 2 weeks but it hasn't stopped my oily skin. I also have daily build up of ear wax. I feel I am slowly improving some symptoms but not all. I have Hashimotos and celiac.
