So I started my treatment from 31st March 2021 , I was injecting every alternate days for 10 days n then I'm told to take 5 injection 1/week .

As now I'm on my weekly injection it's my 6th day without injection n I take a b complex 1 hr prior to bed I get a sound sleep but dreams they haunt me real bad I wake up at night bcz of them.

If anyone can tell me why I'm having such dreams or want to share their experiences with me I'll be more than happy .

I'm b12 ,iron and ferritin deficient and new to all of this

I think the bad dreams might be because you are generally so depleted at this time. Hopefully they will disappear as you get well.

Have you had vitamin D levels checked?

No I haven't but I've already started exposing myself to sunlight for 40 min everyday

When you get your vitamin D tested, ask them to check potassium and magnesium too.

I had lots of horrible dreams, including remembering stuff I'd deliberately forgotten as my memory came back, when I started my injections too.

It improved with further treatment and I only get them now if I get my vitamin and mineral levels out of balance.

I started to remember dreams again after not having them for a long time..

And lockdown definitely caused them to be a bit more on the negative side

It could be the b6 in your b complex...I noticed when I supplement with b6 I sleep well & have vivid dreams. Take care there is not too much b6 in your complex as it can cause toxicity in high doses... it's recommended no more than 10mg daily and only take for 4 months then have a couple of months break.

Yes b6 helps in remembering dreams and it's been only 15 days I've started my treatment n I've to take my b complex only for 2 months

I almost never was call my dreams. Since being diagnosed with PA over a year ago and been on vitamin D and B12 I remember my dreams almost every night. Fortunately mine are not nightmares just regular dreams.

Can’t you take B complex morning or daytime ?

Edit: I just seen this on Google

B vitamin complex supplements are available for purchase online. Because of its energy-boosting abilities, the best time of day to take a B vitamin is after waking up. Also, recent research indicates that vitamin B-6 may potentially interfere with sleep and induce vivid dreams.

My doctor has said me to take 1 before going to bed and one in the morning

I would ask him if you can take 2 in the morning or cut down to just 1 in the morning and don’t take at night. It clearly states B6 can cause vivid dreams which I think is the case with you so best to tell your doctor.

Hope this helps.
