Issues with Methyl B12?

After a lot of physical and mental health (anxiety, panic) issues over the years I started to get my b12 checked monthly with my usual bloodwork. First one came in at 325 with sporadic sublingual use of cyano 2500 mcg. I stopped the supplement and ate heavily carnivore for five weeks and next test was 230. Suspecting Pernicious Anemia I started sublingual methyl b12 1250mcg a day. My improvement was fantastic and five weeks in I was feeling better than I had in years and my level was 560. Then the anxiety started coming back and had a panic attack with mild exercise and the anxiety and jitters remain. Seems to worsen a few hours after my pill and my right hand has also started to swell slightly with redness and burning and some (odd for me) acid reflux. I've just received some hydroxo 1000mcg lozenges as I suspect the methyl as the cause.......but after 5 weeks? I get plenty of potassium from my diet and have a lab requisition for MMA, intrinsic factor etc but have to wait due to covid. Anyone have similar issues with methyl b12?

I had high dose tablets when i didnt even realise there were different sorts .

I had wild nutrition 500mcg when instructed to take 5omcg by doctor to reduce Injections.

50 mcg did nothing .

On 5oo mcg methyl I now realise i got very irritable. ??

I was only trying to get a 3 week gap between injections .

Annoying as expensive and was taken in how absorbable theh were supposed to be. Sublingual helped me less

Or of course you just may need injections

That was my thought. Injections are just better for some people.
