Those whose digestion was impacted by low b12, did this symptom continue to improve further after loading doses?
Mine is much improved, but could be even better to be normal, and I’m wondering if my three (or possibly 2) monthly shots may bring about further improvements.

In that case can you explain why they might have been so vastly improved since treatment? I have seen others post with similar experience, and understood that both things could happen.
Just before treatment with B12 my digestive system seemed to have ground to a complete halt. Once started, the B12 may have helped kick start my bowels into working again; however, I was still left with severe constipation, bloating and occasional stomach pain.
I used a good quality probiotic (Symprove) which very much helped within a few days of starting it. I also now take betaine hcl (others take lime juice) with meals containing protein and this helps.
Nevertheless my digestion is far from good and I put this down to the fact that my stomach does not produce adequate acid. This leads to partly undigested proteins entering my gut and causing havoc with my gut flora. I don’t feel this has been or will be improved by my B12 injections which do nothing to restore stomach acid.
I'm glad I found your post ...I'm the same bloating...gurgling odd pain now and then .also sickly feeling comes and goes in to 4 months of injections also take b12 supplements as my toungue was always burning..now my knees and wrist are aching..struggling to get up of couch.was hoping symtoms got better not worse...sick of goin doctorsaid. .all bloods and urine clear ...any helpful chat welcome
My gut problems when diagnosed with P.A. , were horrible ( stomach ache , bloating , gas. ) I found , like janD236 , that the probiotic (Symprove) got rid of the problems , after about 3 months . All has been well since then. But , if I feel that something is getting going again in that department , I take the probiotic again for a short time and all is well again . It’s cause by lack of stomach acid , so I have taken to drinking an acidic drink before a big meal -
I try to avoid big meals . I eat more small ones now . And make sure all food is well chewed . Helps in the breaking down of the food , when you have too little stomach acid .
Personally, my B12 deficiency is due to a damaged ilium from years of gluten intolerances, and a traumatic appendectomy. So long as I have a B12 injection every five days, my digestion is fine, which it wasn't by a long way before. My pins and needles also now gone, my involuntary spasms, joint pain, ulcers are only kept at bay by the five day regime. If it is six days I will know by, normally an involuntary jaw movement, causing me to bite a chunk of cheek or tongue, with a lot of blood, then an ulcer.
Every one is different, just do what you have to do.
I want diagnosed. This is the most plausible outcome of b12 deficiency that I can see as caused stomach issues that improve upon receiving b12 injections.
