Is it ok to take vitamin d tablets along with my b12 pernicious anemia 3 monthly injections now Winter months are approaching

Yes, definitely a good idea.

The NHS recommends everybody takes Vitamin D supplements (10 mcg or 400 IU per day) during autumn and winter. If you have PA then that will also affect your absorption of Vitamin D, so you should take more).

Yes! I take 10,000iu D3 every day year round as my blood levels were atrociously low

It is now recommended to take MK7 (a form of K2) with D3 to keep the calcium balanced in your system. Very many D3/MK7 formulas on the market.

When taking VitD it improves the uptake of calcium from foods. VitK2-MK7 directs calcium away from arteries and soft tissue and into bones and teeth. Magnesium is another important co-factor when taking VitD.

Dosage is best geared to your results ...
