Inquiry Clear Sky Pharmacy and Nurokind Methylcobalamin

Hello,

Kind of new to the world of PA/B12d (just diagnosed recently with PA). Am in the US and currently on compounded methylcobalamin for IM injection which is very expensive. Have been reading a lot of posts on here and am learning a lot! Since I have neuro symptoms, I would like to treat more often but cannot afford to do so with the compounded solution. Looking for alternatives and see some here are recommending Arnika Apotheke that does sell the methylcobalamin in ampules. I have been searching the internet for available options and came across Clear Sky Pharmacy that sells Nurokind brand methylcobalamin in 500 and 1500 mcg ampules. Does anyone have any experience or input on either the seller or the product? The manufacturer seems reputable but that is all I have been able to find out as I just found them a couple of days ago. Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here as this forum seems better educated than most.

Thank you for any input!

Just placed an order for delivery to the USA from Arnika. Here is their pricing: Methylcobalamin 1mg/ml 10 Ampoules 29,90 €

Methylcobalamin 5mg/ml 10 Ampoules 39,90 €

Shipping to US 30,00€

Since the members, here, have confidence in them, I figured this was probably the safest option.

You just contact them via email and they get back promptly to explain how to order (provided you contact them during their business hours).

Hi. In the USA cyancobalamin usually prescribed and much cheaper. Is there a reason u can’t take it?

Doctor said I needed to be on methylB12 due to test results for how my body handles the various forms. The multi use prescription vials from the drug store contain preservatives and my doctor told me that is another reason to go with compounded form. Have a lot of neurological problems and detox problems so am desperate to do whatever is going to help the most. Based on what I see on here the methylB12 from Germany is a lot more affordable. Doctor knows I'm looking at sourcing overseas due to price. I did very well with daily injections then once we moved to once a week I felt much worse all over again. Compounding pharmacy is about $10/mg dose which is too expensive. Thanks for asking, wish I could just use the cheaper forms.

It’s pretty frustrating isn’t it? I’m on cyno form 2x a month. My pharmacy gets b12 from overseas as usa was charging too much. Crazy drug prices here in USA. There is a lot of good info on this site. Makes u feel like u r not alone with all the crazy symptoms. I wish u the best.
