did you mean to also post this on the TUK forum? There were two posts on the PAS forum so I deleted the second - ask because you also mention TSH and thyroid function results and it would be more appropriate to ask there
B12 shots will help if B12 deficiency is the problem but the results above are far from giving a clear indication that B12 is a problem. Do you have any early B12 results showing a significant drop in levels (>20% which is the accuracy of the test)?
Without lab ranges it is a bit hard to say specifically but your vitamin B12 level is definitely on the low side, assuming a range of (200 - 900) or thereabouts and is quite possibly causing your problems, even if it isn't drastically low. The same could be said about your folate results.
It would well worth getting your vitamin D and iron levels checked as these can give very similar symptoms - and probably potassium too.
It might be that you have a number of minor deficiencies going on which in isolation may be tolerable but together compound your problems so nothing is working properly.
Definitely see what the Thyroid UK group has to say - there are lots of very helpful people there too.
Above all keep trying - there's definitely something wrong that can be improved so don't give up until you feel better.
Symptoms are your body's way of telling you that something is wrong with you so listen to it and try to work out what!
It is important not to take supplements until you have found out the full picture. If you have been taking anything let people know as it may make your results look better than the real situation.
Come back to us with the results of the extra tests and the ideas from the Thyroid forum.
If you need B12 jabs but find it hard to get them from your GP you would do well to read the replies by Sleepybunny.

Good luck. Let's get to the bottom of this soon and get you well again.
I was told that my B12 levels were normal, but I still did not feel well. After I had my injection started feeling much better. I start to feel weary and aching etc a couple of weeks before my B12 is due. So normal tests are not always reliable.
