Feel like I'm going mad

Can anybody pls help?

I had a private blood test and my B12 Active is 101 Pmol/l.

So fed up of feeling poorly all the time and I'm getting nowhere with my doctor.

I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I was severely Vid D deficient but my levels are up now.

I've gained weight, aches and pains, brain fog. Breathelessness. List is endless.

the only thing flagged as anomalous above is one of the thyroid results - free thyroxine.
